allows you to apply your voice to special versions of your favorite songs. Specifically, it allows you to modify MIDI-formatted tracks,or mp3 songs, and save them as minted WAVE files. Microsing is similar to a Karaoke program, but youll have far more options for sharing and enjoying your musical output. They can be posted to the Web, shared with friends and even burned to a CD. All you really need is a decent computer microphone. Microsing supports various other input types as well.
Using Microsing is a fairly simple process, but it may take you a few times to achieve the desired results. After selecting and loading a MIDI file, just click the Record button to sing along. Microsing lets you add some extra touches to your output. Youll find nice reverse and amp functions and controls for managing the volume of the input/output. There are also sliding scales for add effects, including echo and a cool hall option. Microsings futuristic interface features a waveform graphic for analyzing the audio. You can preview your recording, modify it and save the new track to disk.

Errors to "update" Win2000 when it is updated
I downloaded this program (all 3 versions) and none of the demos worked... Perhaps a few bugs to wrok out with Win2000 w/ sevice pack 4 and all updates from MS, but sounds like it would be great if it did work! I hope future versions do work with Win2000!
Sounds like a great program, just need a bit of work .
