JvEncrypt is an easy to use but powerful ActiveX control that
allows you to add powerful encryption to your projects with ease. With JvEncrypt,
you can utilize the power of the advanced Blowfish encryption algorithm which
supports up to 448-Bit encryption!
Features
Encrypt/Decrypt Files. With JvEncrypt you can encrypt or decrypt files with
an optional key. The longer the key (password) the better the encryption. For
example, if you encrypted a file with a key length of 16 characters, the file
would be encrypted with a 128-Bit encryption!
Encrypt/Decrypt Strings. With JvEncrypt you can encrypt or decrypt a string
value in you project. Just like when encrypting a file, the longer the key or
password, the stronger the encryption.
Hexadecimal Support. Encrypt a string with hexadecimal encrypted output. You
can also decrypt the hexadecimal encrypted string.
Compress/Uncompress Files. With JvEncrypt you can compress files prior to encrypting
them and uncompress them prior to decrypting. By utilizing compression, you
can speed up the time it takes to encrypt/decrypt large files.
