Website thumbnails. Now you can maintain a snapshot of your client's website, a stock chart or a webcam with PhotoACT. One or more website thumbnails can appear with the rest of your images and, if you select it as a Persistent View image, it can provide a Live URL Update!

Auto Persist. No longer necessary to click on the PhotoACT tab to get your Persistent View to show up the first time. Simply select the "Auto Persist" option and the image appears next to your contact's data automatically when you start ACT!

Scan to compressed formats. PhotoACT now provides an option to scan (or acquire from digital cameras) in images to a compressed file format. In addition to the standard Windows BMP format, you can now scan images using either JPEG (lossy) or PNG (lossless) formats. This will tremendously reduce the amount of disk space required to store scanned images.
