VideoFramer is the sequel to Personal AVI Editor. VideoFramer is a true 32-bit application for use with Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000, NT 4.0 SP3 and later. You can have both Personal AVI Editor and VideoFramer installed at the same time.

Captures video from any Windows supported video capture card

Produces AVI (including DivX), RealMedia 8, QuickTime, Windows Media Video (WMV),

FLI, FLC, BMP, JPEG, PCX, TGA, ALIAS, SGI, AIFF & WAV files

Imports/produces BMP, JPEG, PCX, TGA, ALIAS & SGI bitmap sequences

Digital transition effects in plug-in modules: Blue screen, Text, Several Fades & Wipes (video only), Echo, Mix & Flanger (audio only) are included. More plug-ins are available separately

Digital effects in the program include reverse, slow motion & fast motion (works on both audio & video) 32-bit version
