True-Soft HotKey is a program, which allows to start beforehand chosen programs or files on the beforehand adjusted combinations of keys. It is very convenient, because for start of the program it is not necessary even to touch the mouse. You can adjust combinations of keys for start of the programs and files used more often by you.

Now some system command's via HotKeys supported: you can maximize, minimize and restore current window in which you are. It's now easy to navigate throw windows!

Founded error with double loading of the program HotKey. In the last versions HotKey couldn't to be loaded twice. Now this function disabled, but in the future versions of the HotKey this function will be activated again with upgraded code.

And also as usual, some small errors are fixed.
