Visual Orchestra (VisOrc) is a graphical design environment based around the Csound audio processing language. Use VisOrc's comprehensive visual interface to build your own instruments and sounds. VisOrc can be used to create anything from an individual sound to a complete composition and it creates WAV audio files which can be used in many other applications.

Orchestra Editor - comprised of a design space (Instrument Window) and the Unit Editor Window. Orchestra design is based on the interconnection of component sound modules in the Instrument window and the configuration of module properties in the Unit Editor; an explorer-type tree.

Score Editor - capable of displaying the many thousands of score events that may go to make a sound within an intuitive and powerful environment. An Event List (comparable to similar features found in sequencers) permits powerful database type functions to be executed while the main score window offers many GUI features and gives composers a clear perspective on their creations.

Device Designer - Save unit templates in an easily distributable format.

Visualiser - import SCO files from other programs for graphical editing in VisOrc.
