Advanced Image Manager (AIM) is an easy-to-use graphic file previewer and organizer for Windows 95/98-NT which simplifies the process of finding images stored on different drives: floppy disks, hard drives, optical disks, CD-ROM, ZIP and other media. AIM organizes your graphics by creating a database of thumbnails. You can assign comments, categories and URL to every picture. AIM does not use any database engines. It is 32-bit, written in Delphi, does not use any database engines.

With AIM you are able to:

  • Quickly browse folder(s) full of pictures as thumbnails and as file list;
  • Create high quality thumbnails;
  • Keep thumbnail window up-to-date;
  • Organize drives, folders and images into easy to use database;
  • Add comments, URL and assign user defined categories to each image, folder and disk in database;
  • Search database for files, folders and images using file name or your own comments (with wildcards), limiting the search results by date, size and categories;
  • Export thumbnails from database;
  • Perform batch rename operation;
  • Maintain database: delete individual folders and drives from the database;
