The sqlpop .Net Code Component is a native .Net component that you can use to develop both .Net WinForms as well as ASP.Net WebForms applications. It takes full advantange of bound listboxes, too - you can use any field in the underlying dataset to build your SQL query, not just the usual Text and Value properties.

For .Net applications you typically need just one license for the developer - the WinForms application may be distributed royalty-free. For ASP.Net applications, you need one license per web server, and typically one license for the developer workstation. You may use the same license on the developer machine for both .Net and ASP.Net development.
