RoboKeys consists of two components - RoboKeys Designer and the RoboKeys toolbar. RoboKeys provides a key icon interface that enables playback of user-defined hot key interface for mouse actions and keystroke sequences recorded by the user. RoboKeys Designer is where key sequences are captured and the mouse actions and keystrokes are recorded and attached to the RoboKeys key sequence.

Recorded RoboKeys key sequences can also be deleted, key sequence playback mode can be set, and recorded key sequence steps can be individually played, deleted, added, and re-recorded through the RoboKeys Designer right click menu interface.

RoboKeys supports single or multi-step recordings which can be replayed in a variety of user preferred formats. RoboKeys mouse and keystroke recording is similar to macro recording found in other Windows programs, such as Microsoft Excel. It records the exact sequence of events that occur while record mode is on and is initiated and completed using RoboKeys DVD-like recording controls. No scripting or programming is required.

RoboKeys key sequences can also be modified through the RoboKeys toolbar interface. Key sequences can be deleted, key sequence playback mode can be set, and recorded key sequence steps can be individually played, deleted, added, and re-recorded through the RoboKeys toolbar right click menu interface.

RoboKeys Designer and RoboKeys both feature a Zoom Window that displays a full page of RoboKeys key sequences for rapidly reference . Any RoboKeys key sequence actions can also be played, edited, or deleted from the Zoom Window.

The RoboKeys toolbar also features a key sequence zoom feature, which displays a popup window with large key icons - - ideal for anyone who has difficulty reading the small print of some PC displays.
