Savungan is a stateful inspection firewall for Windows 2000/XP or later machines coming with full source code. It is a *free* utility that you may download and use it for any pupose. But to obtain its source code, you must purchase it.

Security administrators have had some difficulties to build and maintain a dynamic filtering infrastructure after deploying a firewall. Especially on dynamic IP environments, keeping a true set of firewall rules requires in-depth knowledge of TCP/IP protocol suite and its dynamically changing standards.
