VoiceMemo is a small Win95 utility that combines an audio recorder and database. It permits recording and replay of spoken memos in the same way as a pocket dictation machine. VoiceMemo allows a maximum of 99 recordings may to be made, with an associated time/date stamp and optional text description. Recordings can be discretely made using the hotkey 'QuickMemo' facility which uses a single user-selected keystroke to start and stop recording. VoiceMemo minimizes to the system tray when not in use.
