Alive Event Manager is a universal electronic calendar that will not allow you to miss a single important event (an important date, a birthday, etc.). In Alive Event Manager, you can arrange all records you create as separate folders by topics (as in Windows Explorer). Besides, you can create any number of various folders (for instance, family holidays, corporate holidays, social events, etc.). A special folder All events will allow you to see all events created in Alive Event Manager as a single list, which is really convenient while you are searching for and viewing them. Each event in Alive Event Manager contains the most important fields: its title, date and time, priority and a text field for comments.

Alive Event Manager allows you not only to create, modify or delete events, but also to view the list of events for any particular date. The ready-made list of events can be printed or saved to a file.

The Export/Import and Synchronization features implemented in Alive Event Manager make it much easier to move data between various programs and computers. For example, you can use the Export feature to load all corporate holidays or employees' birthdays saved by your colleague.

The most important feature in Alive Event Manager is almost unlimited settings for reminding and repeating each event. They are so numerous that you can see only the main ones below:
  • It is possible to set a reminder for any period before or after an event occurs (for example, remind 1 day, week, month, etc. before it).
  • It is possible to repeat a reminder at the specified time intervals.
  • The reminder message can be accompanied with a sound: birds singing, a siren sound, a train sound, etc.
  • Events can be repeated at any intervals, for instance, daily, monthly, yearly, etc.
